Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation in Spain (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users - Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without the need for justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must meet the following conditions:
It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
It must include all original elements (packaging, labels, accessories, etc.).
It must not be tampered with or damaged.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of shipping errors attributable to BSF Seeds.
Procedure to request a return
Contact our customer service team, providing the order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.
Defective product or order error
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you have 5 calendar days from the receipt of the order to report it. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, a full refund or replacement of the product will be made at no additional cost.
